The Middle Sea Race is described as the most beautiful offshore race in the World, the course is 606 miles around Sicily, passing through the mystical Straits of Messina and using active volcanoes as race marks. Mount Etna dominates the skyline to the west emitting lava and ashes into the night sky, a very rare sight for offshore yacht racers.

Ceuta Regatta

Dear All,

After much juggling, we are now able to enter Seawolf in the first Ceuta Regatta on the weekend of the 26th/27th September 2009.

This will be our last regatta this year prior to the Rolex Middle Sea Race and the Sotogrande Winter League. It is the first regatta to be held in Ceuta for many years and has attracted a lot of sponsorship thus promising to be well supported. The event is being organized by the Skipper and crew of "Ciudad de Ceuta", who have promised to lay on lavish shore side hospitality. Please see programme attached.

The cost will be £170.00 per person for the weekend, leaving Gibraltar Friday approx 1730, returning Sunday 2000 approx (after the prize giving.)

Please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to join the crew for this event as spaces will be filled quickly. dave@atlanticcharters.co.uk

The Pronavia 38 and Reflex 38 are fantastic performers under race conditions and are based on a recognised high performance IRC yacht design.
