Overall Victory in the Sotogrande Winter League.
Great result for Seaworlf down racing on the Spanish circuit - This Pronavia 38 is based out of Gibraltar and available for RYA training as well as race training.
"The Sotogrande Winter league reached its finale this weekend, with the unfortunate last minute cancellation of the final race in the series. This resulted in Victory being awarded to Seawolf of Southampton as we had a 7 point lead prior to the cancellation.
After 8 closely fought races commencing back in October 2008 the final points standing, taking in to account 1 discard are:
? First..........Seawolf of Southampton.....10 points
? Second....Midasound(Fendemares)...17 points
? Third.........Titicaca...................................20 points
Training and racing throughout this series with a mostly novice crew, makes the sucsesfull out come all the more rewarding. Well done to everybody who sailed with us. "
