The spring series are a number of races usually held from the beginning of March to the end of April. The races are held off the South coast and are the perfect opportunity for ongoing team building in your company. By chartering a single yacht, or a fleet from Charter Haus, your company could compete in a series of races with awards up for grabs! To be eligible for scoring you have to register for the entire series, but prizes are definitely an incentive for getting to know your work colleagues a little bit better!!

Good communication, delegation and management are all qualities that are essential in the workplace, and what better way to develop these in your staff and clients than by getting that competitive drive going in a series of races? Plus, there’s always time for a bit more team building with a glass of bubbly back on dry land!

A full day of sailing for 8 people onboard our famous Pronavia 38. Over breakfast you and your guests will have an introduction to the day by your skipper and a comprehensive safety briefing.

Once your safety briefing is over you will cruise down to Cowes. All guests are actively encouraged to learn the ropes and take the helm. An optional gourmet lunch is served alternatively guests may go ashore to one of the fine restaurants the Solent has to offer.

After your lunch you get to do some sailing, at a level that is comfortable for you and the crew, some guests really want to fly, others just want to float around and enjoy some more drinks.

In the early evening you start your way back up the solent and enjoy some fresh scones with cream and Jam, served with tea or coffee (or another cold beer) – when back in the marina.
