The Royal Ocean Racing Club was formed in 1925 and has enjoyed over 80 years of spectacular racing.

The club puts on many races during the sailing calendar: The Admirals Cup, the Fastnet Challenge and the Red Funnel Regatta to name but a few. All races put on by the RORC are challenging but thoroughly enjoyable for all participants.

With Charter Haus’ fleet of fine racing vessels, your company could have a day to remember in an RORC race. Whether you are looking to seriously compete or just enjoy a day on the water, we are the chartering company you’ve been looking for!

A full day of sailing for 8 people onboard our famous Pronavia 38. Over breakfast you and your guests will have an introduction to the day by your skipper and a comprehensive safety briefing.

Once your safety briefing is over you will cruise down to Cowes. All guests are actively encouraged to learn the ropes and take the helm. An optional gourmet lunch is served alternatively guests may go ashore to one of the fine restaurants the Solent has to offer.

After your lunch you get to do some sailing, at a level that is comfortable for you and the crew, some guests really want to fly, others just want to float around and enjoy some more drinks.

In the early evening you start your way back up the solent and enjoy some fresh scones with cream and Jam, served with tea or coffee (or another cold beer) – when back in the marina.
