Cádiz - The oldest city in the Iberian Peninsula

Cádiz is a province of southern Spain, in the southwestern part
of the autonomous community of Andalusia, the southernmost part of
continental Western Europe.
It is bordered by the Spanish provinces of Huelva, Seville, and
Málaga, as well as the Atlantic Ocean, the Mediterranean Sea, the
Strait of Gibraltar and the British overseas territory of
Gibraltar. Its area is 7,442 square kilometers.
On Land
Sailing is our way of life. The love of the sea is a common
denominator for all concerned. Owners, skippers and multitudes of
people who have sailed with us over the years will testify to our
passion.
Travel Tip
A spanish composer who was born in Cadiz in 1876 is buried in a
crypt in the Cathedral, his name was Manuel de Falla and he was a
classical composer. He died in Argentina in 1946 but his body was
brought back to Cadiz to be interred here.
