This is the Corporate Day charter example itinery. This itinery can be modified to suit your corporate hospitality requirements.

9 – 9:30am - Guests arrive at Hythe Marina or Cowes and get taken down to the yacht Bongani. Bucks Fizz, Danish Pastries and Hot bacon rolls are served. Over breakfast you and your guests will have an introduction to the day by your skipper and a comprehensive safety briefing.

10 – 10:30am - Depart marina for a cruise down to Cowes. All guests are actively encouraged to learn the ropes and take the helm.
Arrive off the Royal Yacht Squadron start line to watch some of the race starts. There will be no better grand stand view. (Get up close and personal buy combining the yacht with a rib, even for half a day this will get you really close to the action.)

Around 12: - Canapés with a pre lunch Pimms

1pm: - A gourmet lunch is served on board together with a selection of wine, beer and soft drinks. Alternatively guests may go ashore to one of the fine restaurants the Solent has to offer. (this is quite an exciting option with water taxis and all the Cowes chaos)

2:30 – Leave the mooring buoy and get out there with some of the worlds finest yachts and sailors, as well as participating in some exhilarating sailing for the rest of the afternoon.

4:30 – start your way back up the solent and enjoy some fresh scones with cream and Jam, served with tea or coffee (or another cold beer)

5:30 ish (depending on how nice it is out there) return to Hythe Marina and disembark.

Guests depart at their own leisure, although we do have 2 fantastic restaurants and bar right in front of the yacht.

The Race price includes accomodation onboard, berth fee, coaching, food aboard, race entry fees, marina fees in Cowes, team shirts and loan of team jacket and wet weather clothing.

Meet at Cowes, jump aboard the charter yacht and sail out into the action, this price is for corporate or social groups that wish to soak up the atmosphere of the racing and be back at the marina for the evenings festivities. Leisurely depart the yacht at around 5pm from Cowes. This price includes all the equipment you will need for the day and non alcoholic drinks. 8 Guests Max
