A Typical Days Itinerary

9 – 9:30am - Guests arrive at Hythe Marina and get taken down to the yacht Bongani. Bucks Fizz, Danish Pastries and Hot bacon rolls are served. Over breakfast you and your guests will have an introduction to the day by your skipper and a comprehensive safety briefing.

10 – 10:30am - Depart Hythe marina for a cruise down to Cowes. All guests are actively encouraged to learn the ropes and take the helm.

Around 12: - Decide where to eat lunch and start making your way.

1pm: - A gourmet lunch (prices below) is served on board together with a selection of wine, beer and soft drinks. Alternatively guests may go ashore to one of the fine restaurants the Solent has to offer. (this is quite an exciting option with water taxis and all the Cowes chaos)
The other option is to berth at Cowes and all the crew go to one of the many good restaurants ashore.

2:30 – Leave the mooring buoy and get out there and do some sailing, at a level that is comfortable for you and the crew, some guests really want to fly, others just want to float around and enjoy some more drinks. This is also weather dependant. We will always make it as pleasurable as possible.

4:30 – start your way back up the solent and enjoy some fresh scones with cream and Jam, served with tea or coffee (or another cold beer) – when back in the marina.

5:30 ish Guests depart at their own leisure, although we do have 2 fantastic restaurants and bar right in front of the yacht.
